Existing customers may have recently noticed the new Facebook Booking Integration setting in simpleERB.
Previously, changes to Facebook meant simpleERB was required to become a booking partner in order to offer users the integrated ‘reserve’ action button. This proved difficult, however, fortunately, their recent partnership with Mozrest has allowed them to create this.
simpleERB users can now take bookings directly from their Facebook / Instagram pages via the integrated ‘reserve’ button. Customer bookings made through the ‘reserve’ button will be listed in the diary and the booking source recorded.
